The Price of shipping

We calculate the shipping cost in two ways depending on whether the order is with or without a frame.

The shipping price of the package without a frame (in a folder):

– Inland: 5 €

– EU: 10 €

– Abroad: 15 €

The shipping price of our linocuts with frame is higher since the size and the weight of the package are significantly higher than the order in a folder, without a frame. In case you order the linocuts with our frames the shipping prices are as follow:

– Inland: 10 €

– EU: 15 €

– In case you order from outside of the European Union please contact us since in this case the shipping price depends on the country you order from and we issue the invoice based on a unique quote.

How long does it take to receive my package?

– In certain periods (such as Christmas, the release of a new product, etc.) the shipping time can increase. Please see our social sites to get up to date information about the changing of the shipping time.

– We send your order in a folder (without frame) within 5-10 days. In case your order is with a frame we prepare your package within 10 days. In case you need an urgent delivery please contact us at info@linoism.com 

– The delivery time is up to the location of the order, but usually inside and outside of the EU it takes 5 to 10 days and inland it takes 2 to 5 days.

What package will i receive my order in?

– Our linocuts can be ordered in frames designed by us or without a frame.

– In case you order the product without framing we make sure that the linocut is not rolled but sent and protected in the package so that we guarantee that the package will be shipped in a safe way.

– In case you receive a damaged linocut please contact us at the below email address as soon as possible: info@linoism.com

What shall i do if i have received my package damaged?

– We wrap our linocuts carefully and document their pre-shipping state with the help of a photo. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for damages that happen during the delivery.

– In case you receive a damaged package please follow the below steps within 14 days:

1. Please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged linocut, as well.

2. Please describe what damages you see on the linocut.

3. Once the above steps are completed please contact us at the following email address as soon as possible: info@linoism.com.

– Once we receive your email about the damaged linocut we will replace it within 1 or 2 weeks or the total purchase price will be refunded as per your request.

What do i need to know when i send back the product?

– When sending back the damaged linocut please make sure that it is sent back in the original packaging.

– The cost of resending the package needs to be paid by the customer. However, we refund the original shipping price without the customs.

– In case you are not satisfied with the product and you wish to send it back please contact us within 14 days at the following email address: info@linoism.com

– In case the product you send back is damaged due to its usage it will be deducted from the refund.

– We are not able to refund the price of the linocuts made for special orders and the gift cards.

I have not received my linocut. What shall i do?

– In case of a lost package please contact us not more than 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, so that we will be able to start the investigation at the delivery company as soon as possible.

Further information

– Due to the technology we apply, each cut is a bit different.

– We are attempting to keep the color correct when taking pictures of the linocuts. However, the colors can vary on the different types of screens.

– The recipient might need to sign the package.

– It can happen that customs clearance will be necessary in case of the packages that are sent to countries outside of the European Union. We are not able to take responsibility for the resulting delay and the costs need to be paid by the customer.

– To keep the best quality of your linocut as long as it is possible we suggest having it framed or selecting the ’in frame’ option on our website.

– In case you decide to have your linocut without a frame please avoid keeping it in a room with high level of humidity and make sure to store it in acid-free paper.
